Diversity Day - 809 Words
Stereotypical Diversity While watching the oh so popular TV series ââ¬Å"the officeâ⬠The Office specifically the episode ââ¬Å"Ddiversity Dday,â⬠, I came to realize how big of a deal racism is. I believe that racism is an absolutely pointless objective, which many people live by. As the famous Michael Scott, who tries to solve problems, but eventually ends up making them ten times worse as they were to begin with, undergoes a Chris rock routine and has an African American male coincidently named Mr. Black come and try to teach about diversity. This doesnââ¬â¢t work out of course, because Michael thinks he knows more about it thaen Mr. Black, so Michael decides to take it upon himself. To try and show everyone about diversity, he does this activityâ⬠¦show more contentâ⬠¦My In conclusion is this, this is a great episode to watch and analyze all theâ⬠Diversity Dayâ⬠presents different events which that go on throughout the show unknowingly. By unknowingly I mean that everyo ne is just so stereotypical that they feel they need put those common beliefs to test because this is something in which everyone believes, and this is how you should treat another person. I really enjoyed watching this episode, and didnââ¬â¢tSome viewers do not realize how many stereotypical images there really are out in the world today, and how many people really fall into the category of actually portraying them.
